Here you will meet Bard, who is carrying a bow and arrow. These seem ideal for shooting the dragon, but taking them is useless as you will find yourself to be a very bad shot. Bard himself is the key to the final stage of the game. Tolkein's novel tells us that it is he who shoots the dragon, and in order for you to succeed Bard must travel with you. | |||
Fortunately, Bard moves only as instructed, but will keep moving in the same direction as long as he is able to. For this reason, it is important to send Bard in the right direction: | |||
