Warzone CCS (Issue 12, p160) The second best computer wargame I've ever seen.
Waterloo KW Software 92% (A CRASH SMASH, Issue 23, p138)  Plenty of scope within the game. Won't wear out overnight by any means.
Waxworks Digital Fantasia 70% (Issue 6, p77) Has excellent graphics and a good vocabulary and has all the makings of a good adventure.

Whizz Quiz Computer Tutor (Issue 17, p86) A very enjoyable program which has endless potential both for use in the home, and in schools.
Who Can Help? Teachers Pet Software (Issue 56, p108) This simple program, for very young school children, presents the user with a series of problems and asks which person would be best suited to solve the problem.
Who Dares Wins 2 Alligata Software Ltd 73% (Issue 28, p30) A rather disappointing conversion, still a reasonably enjoyable and tough shoot em up though.
Whodunnit Mastertronic Ltd 53% (Issue 9, p92) May be good for young families, otherwise average.
Wibstars A'n'F Software 35% (Issue 38, p99) The mixed game elements fail to add up to anything very exciting, especially for the price.
Wild Streets Titus 43% (Issue 75, p45) If these streets are wild, wait until you see Ludlow on a Sunday afternoon (yawn).

World Globe Eclipse Software (Issue 12, p186) Should make an interesting program in connection with school geography work.
World of Obliterator, The Melbourne House 70% (Issue 62, p64) It's all down to personal taste, but patient players will enjoy it more than others.

Wriggler Romantic Robot UK Ltd 90% (A CRASH SMASH, Issue 15, p42) A different, lively and absorbing maze game which everyone found more addictive than they first thought.
Write On System Software (Issue 48, p54) Though Write On takes a little getting used to, the effort is worthwhile. Highly recommended as a flexible aid to developing literacy skills.
Writer, The Softechnics (Issue 31, p96) Overall I found The Writer amazingly fast and extremely powerful.
